Configuring SCIM

Configuring SCIM is done in 2 easy steps with help of our amazing support.

Klaxoon SCIM activation

For this you need a Klaxoon contract and to call us to get:

• Your unique SCIM tenant URL
• Your Secret Token.

Adding Klaxoon SCIM app to your IdP to enable provisioning

Depending on your IdP you can download a pre-configured app from your IdP app store or configure a custom fresh one, which is easy as well.

You will need a working SAML SSO configured in Klaxoon beforehand. If you don’t, no worries! Our support will help you with this too.

We have dedicated support for Okta and Microsoft Entra ID but any IdP allowing SCIM provisioning should work fine.
